By accessing or using the services provided by Artificial Turf of Wylie, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Artificial Turf of Wylie provides artificial turf and synthetic turf installation services, including but not limited to:

• Residential artificial turf installation
• Commercial artificial turf installation
• Pet-friendly artificial turf solutions
• Artificial putting green construction
• Artificial grass maintenance and repair
• Sports field turf installation
• Playground turf installation
• Rooftop and balcony turf installation
• Turf consultation and design services
• Artificial grass removal and disposal

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All quotes and estimates provided by Artificial Turf of Wylie are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit prior to beginning work.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation.

Artificial Turf of Wylie performs services according to the scope and specifications in your signed agreement. If a service concern arises, notify us promptly so we can review the issue and determine appropriate next steps under the project terms.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area
• Removing personal property, furniture, and obstacles from the installation area
• Marking underground utilities and sprinkler systems
• Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals
• Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area during installation

Artificial Turf of Wylie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Artificial Turf of Wylie and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
